Introduction
Bharatiya Gujarati Samaj z.s. welcomes all individuals and families who share an interest in Gujarati culture and values. To maintain a respectful, inclusive, and engaging environment, we kindly ask all members and participants to observe the following terms and code of conduct.
Members' Code of Conduct
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to:

Individuals of Gujarati origin or those interested in Gujarati culture

Residents of the Czech Republic or neighboring EU countries

All ages and backgrounds, regardless of religion or nationality
2. Member Responsibilities
By becoming a member, you agree to:

Abide by the rules and values of the Samaj

Respect fellow members, volunteers, and organizers

Participate in events in a positive and community-driven spirit

Keep your contact details up-to-date with the organization
3. Event Participation

Registration may be required for certain events (e.g., Navratri, Diwali, workshops)

Members are expected to behave respectfully and ensure children are supervised

Please follow any specific event guidelines shared in advance
4. Code of Conduct
All members, guests, and visitors are expected to:

Treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect

Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior

Use appropriate language and dress modestly at cultural and religious events

Refrain from using Samaj events for political, commercial, or religious promotion
5. Media & Photography
Photos/videos may be taken at events for community sharing or promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify an organizer in advance.
6. Membership Suspension
The Samaj reserves the right to revoke membership or event access in cases of repeated misconduct, violation of community rules, or disrespectful behavior.
